                                                                        You may think being the child of a teacher at your own school is awesome or you may think it stinks. But being the child of a teacher has its pros and cons. In my opinion it was really fun to have my mom teach at my school at first, because I could go to her classroom outside of the  school day. I got used to it and I think nothing of it now. Also, if I forget homework or something at school, I can always go a get it. I also get to see her everyday in school and if I need something she is only a few seconds away.
Having your parent teach at Weber also has its downsides. I'm put to a higher standard and I'm expected to behave all the time. Also, if I get in trouble my mom knows right away. Then again, if there's an emergency my mom is right here. As you can see, having a parent as a teacher at your own school has its good points and bad points. Overall, I am happy to have had the experience.
